Milan which is on nothern side of Italy,is known as the capital of fashion. Milan is the second most crowded city of Italy.

When to go ? Where to stay ?

The best months to visit Milan are june or september. You can wander more easily because of the weather is not too hot.

We stayed at BB Hotels Arcimboldi. This hotel is 5 kms far from the center.( 450 ms far from metro).We rented a car and went everywhere by car.But if you don't want to rent a car i suggest you to stay at a hotel which is close to metro or The Square Duomo.

Places To Visit

1) Duomo di Milano

Duomo di Milano which is the symbol of Milan,is the the 4th biggest cathedral of Europe. This cathedral is on 'Piazza del Duomo' which means 'The Square Duomo'. (Single ticket : 18 EUR-21 USD-15 GBP)

2) Galleria Vittorio Emanuele

Galleria Vittorio Emanuele which is near to Duomo di Milano is one of the oldest shopping centres.It was built in 1877. There are luxury stores and restaurants in it.

You can go to Piazza della Scala by using Galleria Vittorio Emanuele.

3)Santa Maria delle Grazie

Santa Maria delle Grazie is on the center of Milan.There is 'Last Dinner' painting of Leonardo Da Vinci in Santa Maria delle Grazie.

4) Lake Como

I took this photo on a bridge in Como . I took it because of the view's beauty and also this view reminds me Bursa's views.

It takes around 2 hours to go from Milan to Lake Como. If you ask me if it worths,definitely it worths !

It has cafes,restaurants and ice cream shops around it. My favorite is 'Gelateria Lariana'. I'm sure you'll like if you eat its ice cream.

But i could visit these places.

Note : I think pizzas are fatty in Milan but don't forget to eat pizza at least for once.
